Accountant by degree. Former top-performing sales representative for Fortune 500 companies. Risk-taker, entrepreneur, and business builder. And most importantly, a lover of Jesus Christ, a wife, and a proud mom to two pups.

For more than a decade, I’ve been building, growing, and operating businesses from the ground up. Today, I own and operate five profitable, cash-flowing businesses across consulting, commercial real estate, retail, and service-based industries.

That experience has taught me that most established business owners don’t need more generic advice. They need a trusted partner who can step inside the business, understand how everything works, identify what is slowing growth, and help ensure the right priorities actually move forward.

As a Fractional Business Manager, I work alongside established business owners who need strategic and operational leadership without the expense of hiring a full-time executive.

I help owners strengthen the areas of the business that directly affect performance—including team accountability, operations, revenue, profitability, customer experience, project management, and long-term growth. I bring an outside perspective while becoming closely connected to the goals, people, and day-to-day realities of the company.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience. Because every business is different, I don’t believe in forcing owners into a one-size-fits-all system. I take the time to understand what is happening inside the business, determine what needs attention first, and help turn decisions into action.

My goal is to give business owners the clarity, leadership, and accountability they need to move the company forward—without continuing to carry everything alone.

When I’m not helping business owners, you’ll usually find me exploring real estate opportunities, brainstorming my next business idea over a great cup of coffee, hiking with my husband, or searching for the best hot Pilates class in the city.

Because success isn’t measured by how busy we are. It’s measured by whether the business we’ve built gives us the freedom to live the life we set out to create.
