For more than a decade, I've been building businesses from the ground up. Along the way, I've learned that growing a business isn't just about working harder or posting more on social media. It's about making better decisions, building stronger systems, and having the clarity to focus on what actually moves the business forward.

Today, I own and operate 5 profitable & cash-flowing businesses across consulting, commercial real estate, retail, and service-based industries. Those experiences have given me a front-row seat to the challenges founders face every day - from hiring and operations to marketing, profitability, and long-term growth.

My approach is practical, collaborative, and rooted in real-world experience. Every business is different, which is why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. I ask thoughtful questions, look beneath the surface, and help uncover opportunities that often go unnoticed.

When I'm not working with founders, you'll usually find me exploring real estate opportunities, brainstorming new business ideas over a great cup of coffee, hiking with my husband, or finding the best hot pilates class in the city.

Because at the end of the day, I believe success isn't measured by how busy we are - it's measured by building a business that gives us the freedom to live the life we set out to create.
